TSA Cares / Passenger Support Specialists
Many Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employees at RST are trained as Passenger Support Specialists and will readily assist patients with special accommodations or alleviate concerns about the security screening process. TSA Cares is a helpline that provides travelers with disabilities, medical conditions and other special circumstances additional assistance during the security screening process. Call 855-787-2227 in advance of travel with questions about screening policies, procedures and what to expect at the security checkpoint.
TSA PreCheck / Enrollment Center
TSA PreCheck Pop-up mobile enrollment events will be held in Rochester, MN based on the availability of the enrolling agency, Idemia.
Our 2024 enrollment events are scheduled for the weeks of March 25-29, July 22-26, and November 25-29; Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Appointments are strongly encouraged. Walk-up appointments are not guaranteed and will be accommodated if openings in the schedule allow. Enrollment will take place in the Conference Room of the Main Terminal. Please park in the Main Terminal lot.

Please note that payment is collected while on-site. There is no payment for pre-enrollment. If you are prompted for payment during this step in the process you may have visited an unauthorized registration page.
Global Entry enrollments are not available in Rochester, MN. Please refer to U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s website for more information.
The Enrollment Center at the Rochester International Airport was permanently closed effective Monday, May 23, 2016.
