The Rochester Airport Company is responsible for the management and operations of the Rochester International Airport. This position is responsible for marketing and communications to drive awareness, generate demand, secure and maintain air service, and support customer experience at the Rochester International Airport. The manager understands Rochester Airport Company business objectives and priorities to develop plans to support those objectives. The manager provides consultation and guidance to leadership, and plans, drives, implements, monitors and measures results of marketing and communications strategies. Develops and maintains relationships with Rochester Airport Company staff, community, members of the local and regional media, and airport vendors to advance organizational awareness and demand.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate in a way that creates clarity,

Knowledge of channels for marketing and communication and the ability to build effective marketing, communication and engagement strategies. Must be a self-starter with the ability to independently identify opportunities, solutions and resolve challenges. Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful results. Hours / Pay period
Monday – Friday, typically 8 – 5 p.m. CST, but may vary depending on business needs.
No anticipated weekends.
