Curbside Pickup / Dropoff

Passenger curbside pick-up and drop-off at RST is directly in front of the main passenger terminal under the overhead canopy. Vehicles may not be left unattended. Please note that unattended vehicles may be cited.

If you’d like more time or need to leave your vehicle, consider parking in the main terminal lot. The first 30 minutes of parking is free. Enter the lot, park your vehicle and have time to come pick-up or drop-off passengers in the building.

If you arrive early, consider using our cell phone waiting area located to the right of the parking lot entrance. This area is free for you to wait in your vehicle until the passenger is ready for pick-up.

Skycap Curbside Assistance

Skycap services are available at the Main Terminal for passengers requesting curbside assistance with wheelchairs and/or luggage.  When you arrive at the Main Terminal, please call 507-993-8758 for Skycap services.
