New Minimum Standards for Commercial Aeronautical Activities
Rochester International Airport has developed new, modernized Minimum Standards for Commercial Aeronautical Activities (“Minimum Standards”), which establish minimum qualifications that all commercial operators must meet to perform commercial aeronautical services at the Airport. Minimum Standards encourage the provision of commercial aeronautical operations while ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of such operations as well as compliance with federal requirements applicable to the Airport. Current providers of commercial aeronautical services and anyone seeking to provide such services at RST are encouraged to review the draft Minimum Standards available here. The Airport welcomes comments, questions, and feedback on the draft Minimum Standards, which may be submitted to [email protected]. Written comments submitted before May 23, 2024, will be reviewed and considered by the Airport before the final approval of the Minimum Standards by the City Council, which the Airport plans to seek in June 2024.
