Many Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employees at RST are trained as Passenger Support Specialists and will readily assist patients with special accommodations or alleviate concerns about the security screening process.
TSA Cares is a helpline that provides travelers with disabilities, medical conditions, and other special circumstances additional assistance during the security screening process. Call 855.787.2227 before your travel with questions about screening policies, procedures, and what to expect at the security checkpoint.
TSA PreCheck pop-up mobile enrollment events will be held in Rochester, Minnesota based on the availability of the enrolling agency, Idemia.
When appointments become available, you can schedule your appointment and begin your pre-enrollment online.
Please note that payment is collected while in-person at the appointment. There is no payment for pre-enrollment. If you are prompted for payment during this step in the process, you may have visited an unauthorized registration page.
