Airport Business Magazine Announces The 2017 Top 40 Under 40

FORT ATKINSON, WIS.—Airport Business magazine announced the winners of the 2017 Top 40 Under 40 program on Nov. 3.

The Top 40 Under 40, done in partnership with the Airport Consultants Council (ACC), showcases the top talent and leading thinkers in the aviation industry who are driving success and innovations for the future.

Candidates for 2017 were vetted on innovation, outstanding attributes, and commitment and involvement in the industry. This year's winners were chosen by a panel of ACC judges in conjunction with the editorial staff of Airport Business.

“The 2017 Top 40 Under 40 represent the truly remarkable young professionals in the aviation industry, who are transforming how North America moves,” said Joe Petrie, editor-in-chief of Airport Business magazine. “With such a robust crop of winners in 2017 representing so many different facets of the industry, there is clear evidence for optimism when it comes to the current pool of talented professionals who will be leading the industry in the next decade.”

This is the sixth year of the Top 40 program. Many past honorees are now leading major institutions and projects of the aviation industry due to their dedication and recognition for their valuable skills.
