RST Upgrade

RST is undertaking a $12 Million, 12 month Terminal construction project with Kraus-Anderson Construction breaking ground April 2017. The main terminal will remain operational throughout the duration of the project with updates to include:

  • Centralized ticketing counters
  • Consolidated baggage claim
  • Facility updates to extend life of the terminal building
  • Enhanced customer service experience
  • Requirements to retain US Customs as a Port of Entry

  • 12/6/2017 Update: Delta Air Lines is operating out of the new ticket counter space on the east end of the terminal (second doors upon arrival). All ticket counters are now located on the east end of terminal.
  • 8/30/2017 Update: TSA Checkpoint work has commenced. Temporary walls are in place which have constricted the width of the checkpoint. Upon completion of the checkpoint work, anticipated January 2018, a dedicated TSA PreCheck lane will be available for passengers at RST.
  • 6/12/2017 Update: Baggage Claim operations are all currently consolidated to the baggage belt at the west end of terminal (first doors upon arrival).
